Heidrun: Semi-Sweet

Our Heidrun is a semi-sweet mead with notes of flavor reminiscent of a Chardonnay with a buttery finish.

Story of Heidrun

Heidrun was one of the mythical goats that lived in Valhalla. She would go out every day and consume the leaves of the tree of life and at night she would produce the world's greatest mead, providing it for the Warriors of Valhalla to enjoy during their celebrations and feasting.

Wildflower: Semi-Sweet

Made from Missouri Wildflower honey. An example of the oldest mead, it has a light and airy flavor. It's like spring in a glass.

Double Berry Blossom: Semi-Sweet

Our double-gold medal winning Double Berry, is a combination of all-natural blueberry and raspberry honey. It has a robust blueberry and raspberry flavor with a fruity aroma.

Orange Blossom: Semi-Sweet

Orange Citrusy flavor with just a hint of sour at the finish.

Elderberry: sweet

Just like grandpa used to make!

Made from Missouri-produced elderberries. It has a delightfully sweet elderberry flavor.

Blackberry: sweet

Our bronze-medal winning blackberry, made from local Missouri Blackberries.

It has a robust blackberry flavor.

Strawberry: sweet

Our bronze-medal winning strawberry is produced from Missouri Strawberries.  It has good flavor and a robust scent of strawberries.

Cinnamon & Vanilla: Sweet
